WHAT WE DO

WHAT IS STRIVE?
STRIVE is among Ontario’s largest accounting-focused conferences, complete with its own case competitions, workshops and networking sessions! 2022 will be the 11th consecutive edition of the conference, an ode to ten revolutionary years that have since impacted over 1,750 delegates and industry professionals. STRIVE Conference 2021 served over 250 attendees, all of whom left with an extraordinary and enriching experience.
WHAT MAKES STRIVE UNIQUE?
While STRIVE is famous for giving aspiring accounting students exposure to the accounting industry through networking sessions and workshops with industry professionals, it is also known for its dual-tier competition system. Students are placed in either the Junior or Senior Tier, depending on the level of accounting courses they have taken at their post-secondary institution. Teams only compete within their own tier, providing an equitable playing field for all delegates.

WHO CAN ATTEND STRIVE?
STRIVE is open to all Undergraduate students in any post-secondary program within Canada. Delegates who are completing their undergraduate can participate in our Undergraduate Tier competition.
WHERE AND WHEN IS STRIVE CONFERENCE 2022?
The case competition is on November 5, 2022, and the networking session is on November 12, 2022. Delegates must participate in the case competition in order to attend the networking session. Both events will be held virtually and are only open to registered participants. Event registration can be found on the registration page.

WHAT IS A CAMPUS BRAND AMBASSADOR?
A Campus Brand Ambassador (CBA) is a representative from another post-secondary institution who is responsible for acting as a liaison between the STRIVE executive team and their school campus. CBAs will primarily be responsible for promoting STRIVE throughout their campus. As a CBA, you are able to develop your leadership skills and obtain marketing experience, in addition to accessing exclusive competition benefits!
