STRIVE Conference is an annual case competition focusing on accounting and finance while covering diverse disciplines. It offers undergraduate students unique opportunities to apply knowledge, foster growth, and connect with industry professionals. With engaging case competitions and valuable networking sessions, the conference has become a pivotal experience for students pursuing further education and careers.
By providing a fundamental case analysis experience, the STRIVE Conference aspires to flourish blooming students in order to help them succeed in their professional endeavours. By giving a once-in-a-lifetime networking opportunity with world-renowned company executives and the chance to listen in on extraordinary keynote speakers, STRIVE hopes that all conference delegates will be able to truly understand up-close what it takes to succeed in their careers.

Our Conference
Undergraduate students from various programs and universities across Canada are invited to participate in this competition. Delegates are grouped into 2 tiers: Junior Tier and Senior Tier - based on their year of study and level of business knowledge. This structure ensures a fair and balanced competition for all teams involved.

Networking sessions
The Networking Session is a standout feature for many delegates, offering the chance to expand their networks, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable
insights from esteemed industry professionals. In 2024, the session hosted over 70 representatives from corporations, creating an enriching and diverse experience for all participants.

The STRIVE Conference will be held in person, marking the 3rd year of this format since the pandemic. This approach allows us to attract top undergraduate talent from universities across Canada, fostering a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants.
