STRIVE 2025 marked our most successful year to date —

With an outstanding delegate turnout of nearly 230, the conference set a new record, solidifying its growing significance in the academic and professional arenas.

We were honored to host leaders from KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, RBC Capital, Scotiabank, CPP Investments, Baker Tilly, RSM, and Microsoft, alongside many other leading firms, all united in a shared mission to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of business leaders.

In partnership with luxury retail leader Holt Renfrew, students explored strategic challenges within the evolving luxury retail industry through a dynamic, real-world case study.

Teams collaborated, debated, and developed innovative solutions that connected classroom learning with industry practice, gaining valuable insight into branding, customer experience, and the future of luxury retail.
